Her approach integrates Somatic Experiencing® and Conscious Leadership, with a strong emphasis on responsibility, perception, and how we relate to reality in real time. This work supports meeting uncertainty without force or avoidance, allowing direction and alignment to emerge from within.
Rather than pushing for resolution or performance, Arielle supports people in staying present with transition as it unfolds. This creates the conditions for meaningful change without rushing or bypassing.
