About Arielle
Arielle Dispenza is a conscious leadership coach who works with leaders, founders, creatives, and people carrying meaningful responsibility. She is especially drawn to moments of transition, expansion, and reorientation—when familiar identities or ways of operating no longer match what is being asked.
Her work is grounded in the understanding that leadership is shaped by the quality of attention we bring to ourselves, other people, and reality. She helps people notice the internal and relational dynamics influencing their decisions, communication, and direction so they can move with greater honesty, discernment, and authority.
Her approach brings together Conscious Leadership, the Enneagram, and somatic awareness. Her training in Somatic Experiencing® and Polyvagal Theory contributes an understanding of how the body communicates beneath conscious thought, while her leadership work emphasizes responsibility, relationship, and meaningful action.
Arielle’s perspective is shaped by a decade of leading teams, programs, and interdisciplinary work inside complex organizations, alongside years of study in embodiment, human development, and transformational practice. Together, these experiences have formed an approach rooted in depth, humility, and respect for the complexity of real change.
Background & Experience
Arielle spent a decade as an Assistant Teaching Professor and Program Director at the University of Colorado’s ATLAS Institute, where she taught and led programs in Creative Technology and Design at the intersection of engineering, art, and human experience. Her academic leadership focused on fostering innovation, conscious collaboration, and the integration of analysis and creativity.
Earlier in her career, Arielle worked as an interaction and user experience designer, exploring how people, technology, and systems shape one another — an inquiry that still informs her leadership and somatic work today.
