About Arielle

Arielle Dispenza is a somatic leadership coach who works with people navigating complexity, transition, and increased responsibility — especially in moments when familiar ways of operating no longer fit. Her work supports clarity, steadiness, and internal capacity, not by pushing for solutions, but by helping people reorient from within.

Her approach centers on listening to what’s happening beneath the surface: the subtle signals, patterns, and internal responses that shape how we perceive, decide, and relate. By working with the nervous system as a source of information rather than something to manage or override, Arielle helps clients reconnect with a deeper sense of orientation and trust — even when the path forward isn’t clear.

Drawing from Somatic Experiencing® and Conscious Leadership, her work weaves embodied nervous system awareness with a strong emphasis on responsibility, perception, and how we meet what’s happening. This combination supports people in staying present with uncertainty without force or avoidance, allowing direction and coherence to emerge naturally over time.

Rather than focusing on performance, optimization, or quick resolution, Arielle’s work emphasizes discernment, timing, and embodied truth. From this place, decisions become clearer, communication more honest, and action more aligned with what genuinely matters.

Her approach is informed not only by long-term devotion to embodiment and transformational work, but also by lived experience navigating recovery, chronic pain, grief, marriage, motherhood, and significant vocational transitions. This ongoing practice allows her to meet others with steadiness, humility, and deep respect for the pace at which real change unfolds.

Trusting the Body’s Intelligence

Arielle’s work begins in the body.

She teaches clients to track internal signals, understand their nervous system patterns, and cultivate the emotional and energetic literacy needed to navigate complexity with steadiness.

Her work supports people in:

  • expanding internal capacity under pressure

  • communicating with clarity and integrity

  • discerning aligned action from stress-driven reactivity

  • unwinding patterns of urgency, over-responsibility, or self-silencing

The work becomes less about striving and more about embodied coherence — a felt sense of alignment that naturally shapes how leaders move through the world.
