About Arielle
Arielle Dispenza is a somatic leadership coach who helps founders, executives, and creative leaders build the clarity, steadiness, and internal capacity needed to lead with integrity and embodied presence. Her work lives at the intersection of the nervous system, consciousness, and creative intelligence — inviting leaders to access the body’s intelligence as a source of clarity, truth, and direction.
Drawing from somatics, consciousness studies, and transformational coaching, Arielle supports leaders in learning to listen to what’s happening underneath the mind: the subtle cues, contractions, and signals that reveal how patterns are formed and how they can shift. Rooted in nervous system awareness and trauma-informed principles, her work helps leaders understand the internal forces shaping their decisions, communication, and relationships.
When leaders attune to this deeper intelligence, they gain the capacity to respond rather than react. Leadership becomes less about performing and more about leading from grounded presence — clear, steady, and aligned with what truly matters.
A Somatic Approach to Leadership
Arielle’s work begins in the body.
She teaches clients to track internal signals, understand their nervous system patterns, and cultivate the emotional and energetic literacy needed to navigate complexity with steadiness.
Her work supports leaders in:
expanding internal capacity under pressure
communicating with clarity and integrity
discerning aligned action from stress-driven reactivity
unwinding patterns of urgency, over-responsibility, or self-silencing
Leadership becomes less about striving and more about embodied coherence — a felt sense of alignment that naturally shapes how leaders move through the world.
